My mission is to help you become who you truly are so you can express the gifts that you uniquely bring to the world.
As a clinical psychologist and transformational coach who has been inspiring lasting transformation in people for more than 25 years, I am committed to helping others live happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives.
In my early 20’s, I was searching for my purpose. I traveled, worked in many jobs, and had many adventures. I knew I wanted to do something socially meaningful and ultimately chose the field of psychology. I earned a doctorate in clinical psychology from Michigan State University and completed a three-year fellowship in clinical psychology at Harvard Medical School.
In the 1990s, I became a life coach and began coaching individuals on personal and professional issues in addition to my psychotherapy practice. I also discovered yoga, meditation, and wisdom teachings from ancient traditions that confirmed what I had intuitively suspected all along: our challenges are the doorways to a fulfilling, purposeful life. Armed with a framework of universal principles and effective practices, I saw a clear path of continuous growth and learning for myself and my clients.
In psychotherapy, coaching, and retreats I teach you the principles and practices of conscious living so you can live a vibrant, fulfilling life. In safe, nonjudgmental spaces I encourage you to explore and grow so you can awaken and live a conscious life in alignment with your values, passions, and purpose.
I can quickly sense what is holding you back so we can get down to work creating the paradigm shift you need in order to get where you want to go. With a direct, firm, supportive approach, I help you shed your old, self-defeating stories and behaviors. If you’re ready to do the work needed to grow and change, I will hold you to that. Your success depends on it.
Contact me if you’re ready to live the life you’ve always wanted.
