Do you want to live a life of passion and purpose? One where you move beyond negative thinking and self-defeating patterns to live consciously and intentionally?
In this experiential five-day retreat, guided by transformational coach Louise Finlayson, you will unplug, look within, and uncover the internal blocks that are keeping you from living an inspired life. You will learn and practice the skills of conscious living, including self-inquiry, meditation, guided visualization, gratitude and mindfulness practices, and heart-centered sharing.
As you put these tools to use, you will learn to:
- Be kinder and more loving to yourself
- Live in the present moment
- Let go of resentments and leave the past behind
- Enjoy better relationships
- Live life like you mean it
- Discover happiness and fulfillment, no matter your circumstances
In a safe and nurturing setting, among a supportive community of others on a journey of awakening, you will laugh, cry, play, and grow as you unfurl into the possibilities that true transformation offers.
This workshop is open to men and women. Plan to arrive by 8:00 am June 26th to register and get your bearings. Each day will have a different flow so expect to be on site from 8 am until 9 pm each day. You are STRONGLY encouraged to stay at Wiawaka to get the maximum benefit from the retreat.

“Dr. Finlayson immediately created a safe and trusting space in which to acknowledge, explore, and honestly examine my own self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. The group was so beautifully diverse, with women of all ages and backgrounds and personalities, and it allowed for each of us to simultaneously process our own information and do our own work, while supporting and connecting to one another through this shared experience.” —previous participant
